March 2012
Environmental club begins and members keep notebooks and take pictures of spring:
Forsythia, oakleaf hydrangea buds, red emperor tulips, daffodils, magnolia blossoms
The emperor tulips are bright, shiny red. The insides are yellow and brown and have seeds.

We went to the Blake House … we got to see a musket and some other things. We got to see the living room that looks like the dining room

There were red clovers. They taste good. There was a city of snails. The wetness is so wet that my pants, shoes and socks are very, very, very, very , very wet.
- William -We planted Native American crops. We make a big pit, put a lot of seeds in it, and covered it in compost
